How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 7–12 business days. We ship from multiple warehouses, so occasionally items in the same order arrive separately — we'll always send you tracking for each.
What's your return policy?
30 days, no drama. If something doesn't work for your space, contact us and we'll sort it. We cover return shipping on defective items.
Are your products heat-safe?
Every product page lists the specific heat rating. As a rule: our silicone tools are rated to 230°C / 446°F, our organizers are not designed for direct heat exposure.
Can I order in bulk for a restaurant or business?
Yes — email us at hello@tidly.shop with your list and quantity and we'll send a custom quote within 48 hours.
How much does shipping cost?
