How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 3–8 business days, then delivered in 7–15 days (US & Canada) or 10–20 days (rest of world). You'll receive tracking for each package.
What's your return policy?
30 days, no drama. If something doesn't work for your space, contact us and we'll sort it. We cover return shipping on defective items.
Are your products heat-safe?
Every product page lists the specific heat rating. As a rule: our silicone tools are rated to 230°C / 446°F, our organizers are not designed for direct heat exposure.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on eligible orders. Import duties/taxes (if any) are set by your country's customs and paid by the buyer.
